TASTING NOTES OF Domaine de Chevalier Blanc 2014:

- Nose: lush and tropical, with Vainillita of the barrel and white chocolate.
- Mouth: good crispy, fresh and with a good length point.

Only 5 of the 45 hectares of this Pessac-Léognan, protected by forest, are dedicated to white varieties, made up of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Sémillon.
The wines are aged in barrels (35% new) for 18 months.
Chevalier Blanc 2012 Domaine is a pale gold color. It offers a complex and intense nose, with aromas of fresh fruit (citrus, vineyard peaches, pineapple) and slight mineral notes menthol.
In the mouth it expresses a light acidity and pleasant fruity, giving it the sweetness. A balanced wine.
