Château Pape Clément 2013

The Château Pape Clément is located in the Pessac-Léognan. Few wines can claim seven centuries of history and to be born of the passion of a Pope. Clement V, elected under Philippe Le Bel in 1305 was the first owner of Château Pape Clément in which he gave his name. Its owner continues his work and created a first in Bordeaux in égrainant hand the entire crop. In a quest for excellence, the grains are transported by capacity, as well adapted to the area of each parcel, where they will be vinified in the greatest respect for the vine to the bottle.

I bought it on a visit at the winery, it's difficult to get.
Attractive and intense colour. In my opinion, the Château Pape Clément Blanc smelled like mango, banana and pear. Strong coffee flavour.

Château Pape Clément Château Pape Clement Blanc 2015
It had a dark yellow colour. Notes of white fruits such as apples.Good flavour and long aftertaste.
Very good this 2015 with rice crust.
I found it at a wine tasting.

A wine of Château Pape Clément will fix any meal. The Château Pape Clément Blanc is just so good.
Almost no colour, such a light yellow. The Château Pape Clément Blanc shows exotic floral hints of jasmine. Very fresh taste.
