Château Olivier Blanc 2014

Color: pale yellow | Nose: The nose is very aromatic with notes of citrus, white flowers and vanilla nose back due to its barrel aging | Palate: The attack is greedy, evolution is ample and fresh. This wine has nice acidity and complexities that give it a. . . | Evolution: Aging potential 5 to 10 years |

Perfect with manchego cheese. The best  to enjoy with friends.
Typical opacity of a Château Olivier. On the nose daffodil is especially noted on this Château Olivier Blanc. Too watery in the mouth.

Reviews about Château Olivier Blanc 2013

The 2013 is a beautiful pale yellow color. The nose is very expressive with aromas of peach vines and white flowers. The palate is complex and balanced with exotic fruit flavors and a velvety texture. Nice acidity that gives an incredible length in the mouth and a beautiful structure.

I do not know where I bought it.
Intense colour at sight. Over all, the Château Olivier Blanc reminded me of white flowers. It felt like the typical astringency from Château Olivier.

You can find it online on Uvinum.
The normal colour, deep yellow. On the nose, white fruits noticeable. Fleshy, smoothy.

I like it with the meat we ate. I drank it alone.
The normal colour, deep yellow. It brought back neat memories of daffodil. Balanced in the mouth.

This is the wine recommended at the restaurant I usually go.
A dark yellow . Flavours of citrus, lemon and grapefruit. It's a white with a light flavour.
