Château Olivier Pessac-Léognan 2007

The wine opens with a bouquet lightly toasted, where the scents of citrus and lemon dominate. On the palate the liveliness of sauvignon combined with aromas of grapefruit and pineapple make dashing and spring. Long finish, very elegant, combining the power and delicacy, it is a typical wine of his name and rank of Cru Classé de Graves.

Reviews about Château Olivier Blanc 2013

The 2013 is a beautiful pale yellow color. The nose is very expressive with aromas of peach vines and white flowers. The palate is complex and balanced with exotic fruit flavors and a velvety texture. Nice acidity that gives an incredible length in the mouth and a beautiful structure.

I like it with the meat we ate. I drank it alone.
The normal colour, deep yellow. It brought back neat memories of daffodil. Balanced in the mouth.

Perfect with manchego cheese. The best  to enjoy with friends.
Typical opacity of a Château Olivier. On the nose daffodil is especially noted on this Château Olivier Blanc. Too watery in the mouth.
