The estate's wines are produced from hand harvested in crates and followed by vinification in temperature-controlled vats for 10 to 20 days, well, breeding occurs in barrels for 12 to 14 months. Methods combined with know-how used to give great wines.
This vintage 2009, offers beautiful ruby color with copper highlights on the edges of the glass. This dress is incredibly intense.
The nose releases powerful and intense aromas. The nose reveals an impressive aromatic bouquet, wood scents of licorice and mingle. After a few seconds of aeration, the second nose reveals beautiful notes of tobacco.
The mouth has a very dynamic attack accompanied by greedy and fond aromas. A tangy mouth with the taste of fruit candy that invade the whole palace. This wine has a very representative structure of the region. The finish is long, powerful, elegant and persistent.
A wine combining virility and sweetness. A typical power of this Pessac-Léognan.

My friends brought me this Graves.
I was impressed by its colour. This red wine has a chestnut background. Good acidity for my taste.

This 2013 will be able to overcome the difficulties vintage deemed sensitive. Beautiful garnet color. The nose is very expressive with fresh fruit aromas and blackcurrant but also toasted notes and mocha. The palate is soft and fleshy, with aromas of ripe red fruit. The tannins are melted. Wine not received.

Former hunting landmark of the famous Black Prince, the Château Olivier was known as lordship in the Middle Ages. Since the 1800s, the property belongs to an old Bordeaux family, Bethmann. Recent work and investments in the vineyard are huge and have contributed to the production of quality wine.
The 50 hectares of estate vineyards extend between forest and meadows. The planting of red vines is composed of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot 48% and 2% Merlot.
The wines are aged in oak barrels (35% new) for 12 months.
This 2012 will be able to overcome the difficulties vintage deemed sensitive. It will be predominantly of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), which gives it delicacy and exceptional refinement. A beautiful mature for this year, supported by aromas of red fruits appreciable, married to licorice and spice.
