Description of Chateau Olivier 2002
Chateau Olivier 2002
- View: Chateau Olivier 2002 is dark red with ruby highlights
- Nose: The first nose is complex, with toasty notes, slightly spicy, slightly oaky and blackcurrant. After stirring the spicy notes are increasingly present and blackberry and cassis nose captivate, but what dominates is the toasty aroma, a very nice very empyreumatic nose.
- Mouth: The attack is lively and full of aromas of red fruit (raspberry) and blueberry are everywhere, the tannins are not catchy at all .The mouth is very classic but it's good, structured, thin and flexible.
GRAPES: 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot
CELLAR: Château Olivier
