Château Larrivet Haut-Brion Blanc 2006

Castle Larrivet-Haut-Brion is located in the Pessac Léognan. The qualities of its essentially serious terroir allowed to apply the same methods as those of the great wines of the appellation. Philippe Gervoson, current owner decided to take a new step in the search for quality in 1996, using the services of the oenologist Michel Rolland. White fermented and are aged in new barrels. Red long macerate to promote optimal extraction of ripe fruit.

White flowers are perceived in this Château Larrivet Haut-Brion Blanc. Tasty, the ripe fruit with a pleasent presence.
Sauvignon Blanc is one of the best I've tasted.

The darker yellow colour I've seen in the wines of Pessac-Léognan. Smells like honey. On the palate was quite thick.
Château Larrivet Haut-Brion Blanc pairs well with seafood.
The best  to enjoy with friends.

I would have accompanied it with a fatty fish. Me and my clients from Pessac-Léognan have taste it together.
There is a clear yellow with copper colored notes. Château Larrivet Haut-Brion Blanc recalls white fruit. The texture is watery.

Intense colour at sight. Sweet smell like honey. I enjoyed it a long time.
You can take it with any meal.
Had it the first time at a dinner with other couples.
I recommend buying it here.
I do not know if this 2011 or the earlier vintage is the best I've tasted.
