Reviews of Château Haut-Brion Blanc 2010
The Château Haut Brion Blanc is a wine with a very strong colour, dark gold. A white with aromas of white flowers. Like the fruit flavour.
Nice and pretty colour. I noticed scents of lychee and banana. It has a slight smoky flavour and it is very light, as well.
I'd like to try it with a carpaccio.
