Description
Château Haut-Brion 2017 (Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: black deep purple.
- Nose: aromas of fresh blackberries, black currants and black chocolate, pencil shavings, tilled earth and cracked black pepper with a dash of lavender.
- Mouth: medium to large body, tannins very firm, ripe and granulates a spine animated, structured layers of earth and black fruit strongly bonded. Final layered attractive and minerals and scented.
APPELLATION: Pessac Léognan.
VINES: terroir Haut-Brion is composed of two layers thick gravels, a rarity unparalleled in this region.
GRAPES: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
AGEING: 22 months aging in new French oak barrels.
PREPARATION: traditional winemaking, with 15-20 days of barreling.
WINE PAIRING: feathered game.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16 ° C
