Château de Cruzeau 2015
TASTING NOTES:
- View: garnet red color that is as charming as any other aspect of this wine.
- Nose: Aromas of ripe fruit that develop with aeration. The touches of vanilla and almond barrel aging combine well with the fruity components.
- Mouth: This wine has a rich and delicious flavor as well as a fine tannic structure. It has a very long finish and will reach its peak in 3 or 4 years. Ideal with lamb, steak or roast chicken.
APPELLATION: Pessac-Léognan.
VINEYARD: Château de Cruzeau.
GRAPES: Cabernet Sauvignon 55%, Merlot 45%.
AGEING: Stainless steel tanks.
PREPARATION: White picked by hand and vinified in a room and newly built warehouses. The grapes are pressed and the juice is vinified and aged in oak barrels, including one-third new oak, regular bâtonnage.
PAIRING: beef, lamb, game (venison), poultry.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10 ° C
ALCOHOL: 12%
