Château Carbonnieux Blanc 2017
- View: It is an intense ruby red color, appealing.
- Nose: Dominated ripe fruits such as cherries and dark forest berries. It also has floral notes and mineral agents.
- Mouth: It's deliciously acid, but very well balanced. Aromatic, complex and very pleasant to the palate finish.
APPELLATION: Sicily, Italy.
GRAPES: 20% 80% Nerello Cappuccio and Nerello Mascalese.
AGEING: It is aged in wooden dark for up to 1 year.
PREPARATION: It is a drink that is thoroughly prepared under strict quality standards, this process is merely traditional. Fermentation is carried out for 1 year and a half in oak barrels medium.
PAIRING: Red meats, cheeses and cured hams.
TEMPERATURE: 18 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14%
