Drink or keep: 2018 - 2028
PAIRING: Trout en Papillote
I liked the golden yellow colour. The Château Bouscaut Blanc reminded me of jasmine on the nose. The density of this wine is like oil.
To pair with baked fish.
I had tried Château Bouscaut Blanc with some wine enthusiasts.
