I do not know the exact colour, it seemed a dark yellow type white. The aromas of white flowers dominate. It tastes like a child's candy.
To pair with baked fish.
I had tried Château Bouscaut Blanc with some wine enthusiasts.

This is a great aging wine to enjoy around delicacies. Sémillon is able to beautifully evolve and refine infinitely, giving all own greed to this wine. As for the Cabernet, it gives them an early age a strong character, sappy and sliced flavors that will not leave you indifferent.

Acquired directly at the vineyard.
I liked the golden yellow colour. The Château Bouscaut Blanc reminded me of jasmine on the nose. The density of this wine is like oil.
