TASTING NOTES OF Sumarroca Temps de Flors 2015:
- View: pale straw yellow, clean and bright green hues.
- Nose: ripe summer fruit, peach, pear, lychee and grape and floral notes of white flowers, jasmine, orange blossom, rose and azalea.
- Mouth: opulent, creamy, mouth aromas retronasal, balanced and round. A harmonious set of sensations.
GRAPES: Gewurztraminer, Muscat Blanc, Xarello.
PAIRING: rich fish, poultry, desserts.
TEMPERATURE: 6-8 °C
Sumarroca viticultural landscape is characterized by a soft and wavy. These soils are poor in organic matter, nutrients and minerals, very suitable for growing grapes.
