TASTING NOTES OF Miranius 2015:
- View: pale yellow.
- Nose: a fragrant bouquet, refreshing scents blend of soft citrus, white pear and wild flowers (thyme, fennel, almond blossoms, cumin) and warm fragrant herbs and caresses of talc.
- Mouth: a surprising volume, creamy and refined, with a sweetish-like sensations perceived in the nose, fruity, tasty, with good acidity, easy to drink and with a particular vivacity, freshness and a very moderate alcohol content.
APPELLATION: Penedes.
VINEYARD: Celler Credo
GRAPES: Xarel·lo and Macabeo.
WINE PAIRING: sheep cheeses, salads, halibut, whitefish, chicken, nuts, rabbit and oysters.

Yellow, with golden hints. Strong aromas of citrus. I liked the taste of blackberries in this Miranius.
And we serve it with lasagna.

It has a bright yellow colour. I noticed aromas of acacia flower. The white of Celler Credo are pretty mellow in the mouth.
It's okay to go with provolone cheese.
