Elaboration of Miranius
TASTING NOTES OF Miranius:
- View: yellow, pale.
- Nose: a fragrant bouquet, refreshing blend of citrus aromas of soft, white pear and wild flowers (thyme, fennel, almond blossoms, cumin) and warm fragrant herbs and caresses of talc.
- Mouth: a surprising volume, creamy and refined, a sugary sensations similar to those of the nose, fruity, flavourful, good acidity, easy to drink and with a particular vivacity.
GRAPES: Xarel·lo and Macabeo.
PAIRING: sheep cheeses, salads, halibut, whitefish, chicken, nuts, rabbit and oysters.
TEMPERATURE: 8-10 °C
