TASTING NOTES OF Atrium Merlot 2014:

  • View: dark and beautiful cherry.
  • Nose: generous aroma, intense and typical of the variety, with hints of mature fruits, including jams (plums and bilberries), overlaying truffle and bay.
  • Mouth: ample and generous, with excellent sweet tannins palate, fruity, rich hints of leather and vanilla and a final persistent and sensual mouth.

I drank it with my ex.
It has a dense colour. This wine from Bodegas Torres smells like red fruit compote. An intense red.
Should absolutely be paired with fish.
