“The Lignum blanc of Albet I Nooya is a feat of technical prowess. The Chardonnay is a perfect plumpness through its fermentation in oak. The Sauvignon Blanc is highly aromatic, minerally and grassy. And the tip xarel·lo provides that extra bit fraîcheur. Perfect wine for gourmet combinations. The Lignum Blanc is bright in color. Two cépages occurred in the nose forward: the butter soft and floral Chardonnay with some keys are élevage and the freshness and mineraligheid of Sauvignon Blanc. Ample in the mouth, but here it retains its freshness. Nice finish. Very enjoyable wine. 92/100 James Suckling”
