We enjoyed with a delicious Chinese rice. A Domaine Castan to drink among friendly people.
It had a deep colour at first sight. It has aromas of white flowers. It wasn't too sweet, it liked me.

This Sauvignon is very pleasing to the eye. As soon as I smelled it, I noticed the white flowers scent. An intense white.
