You will like to know that...

This is the real charm of Château Puech Haut, combining the grape varities of Grenache and Cinsault: a gourmet and fresh rosé wine, with fresh floral notes and a hint of acidulous small fruits and spices. A tender and complex wine that offers a very beautiful vivacity, a pleasant and fruity persistence.

The vineyard now has some 115 hectares of vines. It benefits from a very favourable Mediterranean climate on soils made up of clay, limestone and covered with rolled pebbles, the same as those found in Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

The grape varieties, selected for their suitability for the terroir (Syrah and Grenache at the top), are cultivated according to reasoned principles without chemical herbicides and the grapes are harvested manually and at perfect maturity.

Domaine Château Puech-Haut: From a virgin land of vineyards, he built what is now one of the largest wineries in the area, in its center it has given rise to the "chateau Puech-Haut" from stones of the former prefecture of Montpellier. The vinification in barrels and vats of wood according to color, are separated grapes to preserve all their typicality. Livestock, finally, who is in barrel meets the criteria that print an astonishing singularity to wines. One area that many ways to be admired in terms of how the terroir character is reflected in its wines, which stands out as a safe bet in the Languedoc. Gault Millau Wine 2009 Remarkable "very ambitious, Gerard Bru put to great lengths to install Puech-Haut at the zenith of Languedoc wines ..."
