TASTING NOTES OF Lacoste-Borie 2003:
- View: brick red.
- Nose: nose of rose petals, leather, earth, candied strawberries, red currant, soft oak.
- Mouth: easy tannins, delicious savory flavors, with leather, composted red fruits, and some crushed stone. Long finish.
GRAPES: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot.
WINE PAIRING: game, meat and poultry.
