TASTING NOTES:
Pure with blackberry, tar, graphite and a little smoke; full-bodied with chewy tannins, ripe blackberry, blueberry and a touch of fruitcake, nicely balanced with excellent weight towards the finish

Château Pichon Baron 2007

We had it while we waited for the meal, with appetizers. With snobby guys.
Intense ruby colour. Strong scents of coffee and toffee. Roasted flavours predominate.

Nuts presence on the nose. The Château Pichon Longueville Baron is a well-bodied wine.
I will buy it again, for sure.

Characteristic nuts notes. It has a very mild and pleasent flavour.
A great wine.

Chateau Pichon Longueville Baron 2015
We bought it at an online store that has closed meanwhile.
Bright ruby red colour with reddish brown highlights. Strong aromas of nuts. It had a subtle saltiness, very refreshing.
