TASTING NOTES OF Château Mouton Rothschild Magnum 2010:
- View: dark and intense red.
- Nose: a wide range of flavors: vanilla notes lightly toasted, fruity aromas, especially black currant and black cherry.
- Mouth: Very complex attack, powerful and well integrated tannins, exceptional depth and roundness. Round, fresh and mineral finish. A large elegant wine.
APPELLATION: Pauillac.

GRAPES: Cabernet Sauvignon 94%
Merlot and 6%.
PAIRING: pony meat, big game hunting, duck confit, lamb baked.
