Elaboration of Château Mouton Rothschild Imperial 2012
Château Mouton Rothschild Imperial 2012 (Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot)
Our opinion: Château Mouton Rothschild 2012 is excellent with a density of extraordinary purity.
TASTING NOTES Château Mouton Rothschild 2012:
- View: The color is still dense and deep, the concentration of coloring matter is important. One detects signs of garnet, signs of good progress.
- Nose: The nose shows notes of black cherry, blueberry and blackberry persistent with complex aromas and truffle foam, is also an elegant woodsy aroma.
- Mouth: The palate is powerful, tannins marked by excellence, rich and dense, based on the aromatic characters well developed where there are flavors of vanilla, toast and licorice. You will have to finish developing its breadth and volume, the richness of this powerful time.

A wine to enjoy without any pretensions.
Good complement to a special meat.
Brought by a friend and I opened it with him.
Ruby colour apparently, but it had more intense reflection. Scent of red roses. The mild flavour and the chocolate were present.
We paired the Château Mouton Rothschild Imperial with a starter.
