TASTING NOTES OF Château Mouton-Rothschild Double Magnum 2009:
- View: deep dark, almost black, bright flashes.
- Nose: Elegant and complex nose, a variety of aromas, blueberries, blackberries and snuff blond, with subtle notes of cedar and spices.
- Mouth: flavors of ripe fruit very direct seamlessly integrated with fine tannins and round, with structure and balance. A long and opulent finish.
APPELLATION: Pauillac.

It's good, it can be recommended.
Cherry colour, as they all are. Strong smell of violets, it seemed odd. An oil-textured wine.
The Château Mouton Rothschild Double Magnum has a red cherry colour. You can really feel the vanilla smell. It was a surprising wine.
