Elaboration of Château Mouton Rothschild 375ml 2011
Château Mouton Rothschild 375ml 2011 (Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot)
Our opinion: Château Mouton Rothschild 2011 is excellent with a density of extraordinary purity.
TASTING NOTES Château Mouton Rothschild 2011:
- View: The color is still dense and deep, the concentration of coloring matter is important. One detects signs of garnet, signs of good progress.
- Nose: The nose shows notes of black cherry, blueberry and blackberry persistent with complex aromas and truffle foam, is also an elegant woodsy aroma.
- Mouth: The palate is powerful, tannins marked by excellence, rich and dense, based on the aromatic characters well developed where there are flavors of vanilla, toast and licorice. You will have to finish developing its breadth and volume, the richness of this powerful time.

More about the WineryReviews of Château Mouton Rothschild 375ml 2011
The colour was between red and brown. It smells toasty. It went through like water.
So special with fish.
Good wine, but I would not have taken it with fish.
The first person who told me about this wine, was my brother.
The border colour was almost brown. Noticeable aromas of cherry and licorice. Light wine, more than expected.
It had a deep colour at first sight. I cleary noticed toasty notes. The Château Mouton Rothschild had been cooled and offered a mild flavour.
