An attractive deep red garnet. The wine reveals a complex range of aromas in which red fruit, raspberry and wild blackberry are combined with spices, white pepper and vanilla, plus some toasted, moderate toasted oak notes. Elegant and well structured, the nose is augmented by notes of incense and candied fruits. The attack and elegance on the palate are prolonged tannin rich flavor. Wine produced in the Bordeaux region of France, and included in the official classification of Bordeaux wines of 1855.
