Château Mouton Rothschild 1994 (Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot)

Our opinion: finesse and elegance.

TASTING NOTES Château Mouton Rothschild 1994:

  • View: Dyed ruby color.
  • Nose: The nose is well developed, the opening notes of vanilla and toasted nuances reminiscent fruity, slightly smoky.
  • Palate: Good Hold on, nice and soft palate, leaving a clear sense of balance between the flavors and melted tannins that evolve with the fineness and softness to delicate nuances of forests. The finish offers the charm and elegance of a very expressive era.

It is not easy to find in a supermarket.
Intense ruby tone. Strong smell of berries. Softer than 2016.

Powerful aroma of strawberries. This 2015, compared with the previous one tasted like nothing.
Too acidic for me.

We drank it just like that, without any food pairing. I opened this wine with my best friend.
Its intense colour attracted me. Fine aromas of raisins. It wasn't at its optimal service temperature, it would have tasted better if so.
