3 /5

Its intense colour attracted me. It smells like violets. A very well balanced Pauillac.
The combination of this Château Mouton Rothschild and meat did not seem appropriate.
This Château Mouton Rothschild 1970 reveals so much wood character that it dominates the wine flavour.

It is not easy to find in a supermarket.
Intense ruby tone. Strong smell of berries. Softer than 2016.

Powerful aroma of strawberries. This 2015, compared with the previous one tasted like nothing.
Too acidic for me.

We drank it just like that, without any food pairing. I opened this wine with my best friend.
Its intense colour attracted me. Fine aromas of raisins. It wasn't at its optimal service temperature, it would have tasted better if so.
