Château Lafite Rothschild 2016 (Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Ruby red color with purple hues.
- Nose: intense, sweet and fresh notes of ripe red fruits, wild flowers, chocolate, caramel, vanilla and red berries.
- Mouth: fine taste, complex and good acidity, soft tannins on the palate and light notes of red fruits. It has sour cherries and smoky notes, licorice and oak.
APPELLATION: Pauillac (Bordeaux, France).
VINEYARD: Château Lafite Rothschild.
GRAPES: Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot.
AGEING: Madura for 14 months in American oak barrels.
PREPARATION: The grapes are handpicked vineyards 40, destemmed, crushed traditionally, macerated cold, and fermented in stainless steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C for 8 days , leaving the skins to macerate for 12 days.
