Château Peyrabon
The earliest mention of the property is in 1766, when Château Peyrabon appeared on the map of the Médoc, drawn up by the French king's cartographer, Pierre de Belleyme. At the time, it was listed as a wine-growing estate in the village of Saint-Sauveur en Médoc.

The 7 hectares of the Cru Bourgeois Pauillac, harvested by hand, are composed of 67% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot and 7% Petit Verdot, for the vines of fifteen years or so.
After rigorous screening, and a stalk allowing amenuir bitterness, vinification is parcel by parcel, in stainless steel tanks and thermoregulated concrete. The wines are then aged in barrels for 14 months (50% new oak).
La Fleur Peyrabon 2012 offers a ruby color. Classy and structured, it is also characterized by its delicacy. It has soft fruit notes, slightly smoky and all smooth. A final that will charm you.
