Château Clerc Milon 2015

Vin Château Clerc Milon 2015 The wine reveals a color of deep garnet with purple highlights. The nose is fine and elegant, expressing a perfect ripeness of the fruit. graphite nuances, licorice and aromatic notes of verbena bring a fresh and sappy side. Very meaty, the attack is followed by a rise of flavors in a rich and harmonious balance. The tannins are well coated, silky, creamy, associated with the expression of a spicy wood and mastered. The final, full and long, accompanied by a nice freshness and vanilla notes and undergrowth. Domain Château Clerc Milon See all wines from area Château Clerc Milon

Château Clerc Milon Pauillac 2015

This Clerc Milon Grand Cru Classe is a blend of 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot 34%, 13% Cabernet Franc, 1% and 1% Petit Verdot Carmenère. The wine is beautifully crystal clear garnet red color with violet accents. The fresh and elegant nose exudes ripe aromas of morello cherries out followed by subtle notes of licorice and toast to a rich and complex yet complete light and airy bouquet. The wine is initially refined and silky, but the palate gathers strength of finely chiselled tannins, wrapped in fresh flavors of red fruit, dark chocolate and dried flowers. The rich and harmonious flavors lead to elegant and juicy finish with a light minty freshness.
Fits well with (wild) meat and poultry.

I took the Château Clerc Milon with my couple in a romantic plan.
Red wine with reddish brown edges. Strong smell of berries. Quite sweet.
It wasn't well paired with food, but the wine was good and tasty.
