VINEYARD: Thanassis Parparoussis, winemaker and owner of the exclusive Parparousis winery cultivates its own vineyards in the hills, in the regions of Lapa and Bozaitika in the Peloponnese. Vines benefit from the Mediterranean climate, abundant sun exposure, hot summers and mild winters. The proximity of the screws on the sea and its growth in soil rich in minerals, are components that give grapes a strong character and an evocative scent of Mediterranean plants.

After a short aging period, the wine is bottled -filtrato- and ready to be tested as a high quality wine.
