- Nose: The bouquet shows scents apricot jam, dates, dried figs, sultanas and candied citrus.
- Mouth: The palate is a very complex and enveloping wine. Very long persistence in the mouth.
APPELLATION: Sicily (Italy).
GRAPES: Muscat of Alexandria.
AGEING: Aging takes place in stainless steel vats for 7 months and at least 12 months in the bottle before being released to the market.
PREPARATION: The harvest is done manually. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel at controlled temperatures.
WINE PAIRING: Perfect accompaniment to spicy food and desserts.
