Der Fairview Viognier leuchtet in einem sanften, hellen Goldton im Glas des Genießers. Der Viognier hält was er verspricht, denn dezente Aromen von Honig, Steinobst, Frühlingsblüten und ein Hauch von Eiche betören den Genießer. Am Gaumen zeigt sich der Weißwein wunderbar reichhaltig und komplex. Schichten von Aprikose und Orange, gefolgt von einem cremigen Abgang, machen den Fairview Viognier zu einem lobenswerten Vertreter dieser Rebsorte. Der Weißwein, der sowohl im Edelstahltank als auch in französischer Eiche reifte, ist ein wunderbarer Essensbegleiter. Unsere Empfehlung: Der Fairview Viognier lässt sich perfekt zu einem malaysischen Curry mit zarten Gewürzen und getrockneten Früchten servieren.

- Bright light green colour in the glass with powerful stone fruit and honeysuckle aromas, followed by a full bodied palate with spice and lingering fruit flavours.

I had it with my friends.
It had a dark yellow colour. A Fairview Wines with aromas of acacia flower. At the end it leaves a little bitter taste.
I liked this Fairview Wines with cooked prawns.
