4 /5

Elegant aromas with Intense and delicate, yet lively taste and a slightly bitter aftertaste. Trappolini was established in 1963. Brothers Roberto and Paolo Trappolini manage and produce respectively a modest volume of wines that truly represent the richness and potentiality of the local grape varieties. Grapes: Trebbiano Toscano, Grechetto, Verdello, Drupeggio, Malvasia Bianca Region: Italy / Umbria / Orvieto DOC Maker: Paolo Trappolini Notes: Pale yellow in colour with a fine, elegant nose. Intense and delicate with a dry yet lively taste and a slightly bitter aftertaste. Serve: At 10-12c it is excellent as an aperitif and also goes wonderfully with fish and shellfish dishes. ABV: 12%
