- View: It has a pale yellow color, with bright golden highlights.
- Nose: This wine smells dismisses peach, apricot, green apple and ginger. It is fresh and light, bouncing the pleasant scent of tropical fruits.
- Mouth: It feels the intense flavor of fresh peach, strained fruit on the palate, with sweet taste and ripe lychee and a hint of citrus to the end. Is a white wine, bold and tasty fruit showing classic varietal bone, has silky texture and an almost chalky finish on the palate.

VINEYARD: Spee'wah Estate.
AGEING: The aging is in stainless, steel and sealed under controlled temperature and subsequently bottled in glass bottles light.
PREPARATION: The grapes are picked overnight and then destemmed and gently pressed in a pneumatic press to release the juice without removing too tannin. Then the juice is clarified before being inoculated with yeast strains specifically chosen and designed to highlight the varietal characteristics of the wine. Subsequently, the fermentation is performed in stainless steel tanks sealed with controlled temperature between fourteen and 16 ° C, to allow longer fermentation.
