AGEING: Months in parenting.
PREPARATION: After a selection of grapes, there is a process of maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature fully, where they spend months for aging to highlight those aromas of the wine.
PAIRING: mushrooms, foie gras, game, pork, kidneys, risottos, rustidos, beef, poultry in sauce.
