Am Gaumen sind die Tannine weich und geschmeidg und hervorragend in die Struktur aus Säure, Frucht und Würze eingebunden. Der rebsortenreine Louis Jadot Château des Jacques Moulin a Vent ist ein sehr eleganter, anspruchsvoller Rotwein! Typisch französisch, typisch hochwertig!

The best one to enjoy it with a good "Serrano ham". I drank it with my brothers and a friend of mine.
It has a dark red colour. Deep aromas of violets and menthol. It was light but tasted like blackberries.
