TASTING NOTES:
- View: Straw yellow, green reflections.
- Nose: Very fine nose with a spontaneous notice something violent, not too strong, with some dried spices and preserved mirabelle.
- Boca: clear, juicy, firm body, with a thin and disturbing structure, a touch of sweetness extract. long finish, with dry spices, ripe fruit pome and some mirabelle.
APPELLATION: Mosel.
VINEYARD: all the vineyards are located in the south, southwest and eroded soils are thin and loose slate with a slope of up to 80%. The oldest vines, up to 70 years guarantee natural regulation of the volume.
GRAPES: 100% Riesling.
ALCOHOL: 12.5%
