PREPARATION: The grapes used in the preparation of the Haus Klosterberg Riesling come from different vineyards owned by Markus Molitor, composed mainly of slate floors. These vineyards produce wines fresh and minerals. 100% healthy grapes are pressed softly and macerated for several hours with their skins aromatic. After maceration, the juice is fermented by natural yeasts in tanks and large stainless steel barrels wood.
