Knebel Riesling Alte Reben 2018 (Riesling)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Color intense yellow.
- Nose: Aroma of freshly cut daisies, roses and fresh herbs.
- Mouth: juicy, opaque, stylish, crisp taste. It has a sweet touch perfectly integrated and mineral notes on the palate is deep, complex and presents notes of herbs, ripe fruit and pastries.
APPELLATION: Mosel (Germany).
VINEYARD: Weingut Knebel.
GRAPES: Riesling.
AGEING: Matures in stainless steel tanks (70%) and in wooden barrels (30%).
PREPARATION: The vines are between 60 and 70 years. This wine is made by fermentation carried out both in stainless steel tanks (70%) as wooden barrels (30%) of 500 liters.
