APPELLATION: Côte du Py.
VINEYARD: granite and schist soils in the most prestigious slope of Morgon "Côte du Py".
AGING aged in used barrels from Burgundy.
PREPARATION: natural viticulture, regardless of herbicides and pesticides, without addition of any additive or chaptalización except sulfurous minimum.
PAIRING: soft meats such as poultry or beef, poached or steamed fish.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16 °C
