VINEYARD: La Cantina La Mozza is owned by Joe and Lidia Bastianich and Mario Batali Chef. La Cantina Bastianich is located near Cividale, a winery capable of creating unique wines that enclose its history in the terroir, only to endure while bodied, structured and balanced. The winery consists of two parcels of vines, one is in the hills of Cividale del Friuli, while the other between Buttrio and Premariacco, engulfing a total area of 24 hectares, which added twelve for rent. The soils of oceanic origin, are rich in clay, sandstone and limestone, and cultured in full respect of the environment and the ecosystem.
