"La Universal" is a small farm of 4 ha. located at the end of Falset, granitic soils (Saul), acidic and very poor in organic matter, from which this restless winemaker, daughter of Jose Luis Perez (Mas Martinet), and her husband René Barbier, producing wines with names of goddesses and heroines of mythology within the parameters of organic viticulture.

Nose of apples and tropical fruits. Herbaceous and bakery aromas. Fresh and with body. Fruity notes and good acidity. Good persistence and herbaceous shades.
