- Nose: Aromas of ripe fruit, with spicy notes and fine leather on a complex mineral background.
- Palate: The palate is medium bodied, expressive, fresh with good fruit and balanced load.
"La Universal" is a small farm of 4 ha. located at the end of Falset, granitic soils (Saul), acidic and very poor in organic matter, from which this restless winemaker, daughter of Jose Luis Perez (Mas Martinet), and her husband René Barbier, producing wines with names of goddesses and heroines of mythology within the parameters of organic viticulture.More about the Winery

A Montsant with brown edges. The Montsant smells like cherry, licorice. On the palate was quite thick.
