Description of Planella 2018
Planella 2018 (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cariñena, Syrah and Garnacha tinta)
- View: Bright garnet, covered, dense and intense high layer.
- Nose: pleasant and balanced with aromas of plums, strawberries, ripe fruit and red fruit.
- Mouth: fruity and pleasant, too, notes of chocolate, plums and strawberries.
GRAPES: Carignan, Grenache, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.
AGEING: Aged for 10-12 months in French oak boot.
PREPARATION: temperature controlled fermentation of 27-29ºC and maceration which elongates from 25 to 30 days.
WINE PAIRING: mushrooms, rice with meat, risottos, pork stew, stew, Game animals, sausage, braised chicken and semi-hard cheeses.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18 ° C
