“The Petites Estones Red wine is a wine of 14, 5% Alc. More Sersal prepared by the winery in the Falset (Tarragona) and within the D. O. Montsant. The Petites Estones Red wine is made from the blend of Garnacha and Samso varieties, both from themselves and equally vineyards. Grenache comes from 10 hectares located in Falset on licorella floors, and Samsó of a farm from old vines located in Guiamets and clay soils. Both varieties are collected separately and hand to be macerated and then fermented in stainless steel, 16 days and 22 Grenache Samsó. Then they make malolactic fermentation, even in stainless steel tanks and finally moved to boots, second and third year French and American oak. After 7 months, stabilized, filtered and bottled.
