Elaboration of Estones 2014
TASTING NOTES OF Estones 2014:
- View: high layer, cherry color with garnet hues, with tinted tear.
- Nose: Complex nose, you need a good oxygenation to reveal all its potential, which features a slightly spicy and balsamic, with a background of licorice very fresh fruit, with many memories strawberry, blackberry and plum. Marked mineral notes.
- Mouth: Soft attack, slowly, with fresh and balanced acidity. The fruity perception and aging notes blend subtly. ripe, sweet and fleshy tannins. long and persistent aftertaste, at highlighting the very elegant minerality.

All of my friends were delighted about this wine.
It had a very shutdown colour. This Estones 10 70cl is a delight with aromas of raspberry. Perhaps I noticed it too acidic.
