Acústic is both the name of the winery and the wine entry of this domain. This name was chosen because Albert one wants to be in the region, will reflect the terroir and nature, and the authenticity of its wines. Viticulture and winemaking is done in its purest form; reaction is carried out here in accordance with the biodynamic winemaking techniques without having to overreach itself. In the glass, the acustic tinto deep red with aromas reminiscent of a hearty wine, which is also answered in the taste. Folds open after some rolling around in the glass. Robust, full and fleshy on, retro suits ripe black currant. Surprisingly subtle freshness. Mediterranean, sunny and temperamental character with a tip mineraligheid in basement. Ripe tannins. For those who like to have a reference point, "a small Châteauneuf.

On Acústic Winery winemaker Jane Albert maintains the tradition and philosophy of history and wineries. He cherishes and cares for the vines that were planted before more than 80 years of previous generations. Albert Jane works in harmony with nature and relies on organic farming. The Acústic Montsant shows the connoisseur at its best: Fruity bouquet with hints of smoky tones and impressions on the palate mineral sure notes and hints of dark chocolate. All around gelunger Monstat, where you can taste the sun of Spain.

Acústic, Montsant total!
Family meal, wine lovers, we drink? I saw the terra!
Most of us have eaten meat and have found it a good wine. Try to clearly identify its DO, intense and concentrated wine.
As always with the Montsant, at least for me, a good choice!
