- Mouth: Dry, bitter, slightly acidic and saline. Balanced, long aftertaste and taste persistence.
SERVING: It should be served cold, in wineskin.
STORAGE: Kept for one year, but is recommended to consume open as possible.
PAIRING: Perfect small dining companion called 'top': fried fish, ham and Iberian pork, olives, pickles, semi cheeses ...
ALCOHOL: 15%
GRAPES: 100% Pedro Ximenez.
PREPARATION: Electric Fino en Rama is the most universal generous wine. It grows under flor in the cathedral wineries in the DO Moriles. It is markedly clean, bright and light in the glass, with an exquisite lightness. Its color is straw yellow, with shades ridley. In any case, with prodigious nuptials emerald and topaz.
Little is known about the genesis of these greenish color shades. A poet, with poetic license claims is the result of underground and intimate unions of the roots of the vines and olive trees. The origin of certain dark or black shades that sometimes appear on the surface of the fine when they reflect light is also unknown. The nose is complex, subtle and delicate, with infinite smells. Yeast seen, always sharp, nutty, atabacado, some with shades reminiscent of licorice. In the mouth is dry, bitter and sweet at the same time, something salty, persistent flavor and aroma detachment retronasally. Suitable for drinking it alone, dry, or with light food portions in Andalusia 'tapa' stick. Hermanador wine, friendly, cheerful in the glass, unique and inimitable.
